- The TRAMONTE project explores the biotechnological potential of Tramazeira (Sorbus domestica) and its biological resources for the development of differentiated products for human and animal nutrition, phytopharmaceuticals and green agrochemicals. By investigating its bioactive compounds, including those with antifungal potential, the project aims to valorize local resources while promoting sustainable agriculture, health and regional development from a One Health perspective.
